About me

I am a third-year Ph.D. Student in Information Science at School of Mathematics and Statistics, at Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China. My Ph.D. supervisor is Prof. Jian, Sun. Prior to that, I obtained my Bachelor of Science (B.S., 2021) in Information and Computational Science from School of Mathematics and Statistics, and Bachelor of Management (B.M., 2021) in Business Administration from School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University.

I have a great interest in applied mathematics, especially in the interdisciplinary field involving mathematics. My interest is to combine mathematics with machine learning to tackle practical challenges across diverse fields, specially in biomedicine. and advance our comprehension of fundamental principles and mechanisms.

My current research interests

• Generative model : computational methods based on optimal transport.
• Computational Biology : analysis of cellular dynamics based on multi-omics data.
• AI for science : applications of AI in medicine, biology, etc.
• Model Interpretability: explainability of Machine learning and discovery of key drivers.
